You will learn how to say "no" to the things you shouldn't be eating, and you'll learn how to stop eating when you've had a sensible meal. You'll also be taught a new attitude about junk foods, so that you will find them distasteful, and you will suddenly find more motivation than ever to stick with your healthy eating regime.

Weight management with hypnosis is not intended to be miraculous: it just removes the mental blocks that are preventing you from eating healthily. Many people overeat or eat unhealthily out of boredom, stress, the need for comfort, or some other underlying emotional issue. With hypnosis, those dependencies on food are completely removed from the subconscious mind. Eating will no longer be tied to your emotional state, so you will eat for your health and for sustenance. Sometimes, the cause of the emotional attachment to eating is not known to the client, but with hypnosis the cause can be uncovered and dealt with, thus clearing the way for healthy eating.

The type of weight loss you will achieve with hypnosis is gentle, gradual, and healthy. It's the kind of weight loss that your body can handle properly, and it is the kind that will be sustained over a long period of time. It may not make as startling an impression on you as the sudden loss of 20 pounds would, but in the end your body will thank you, because the pounds you shed with the help of hypnosis will stay off. And you will have no dependence on pills or supplements to reach or maintain your target weight, because your own motivation to succeed is more than enough.

A vital component of any long-term program involving hypnosis is reinforcement. Along with your hypnosis sessions with me, you will learn how to do self-hypnosis, which reinforces your original sessions. Permanently reprogramming your attitude and your habits with regards to eating is something that is accomplished over an extended period of time. Self-hypnosis, when performed regularly, is not only very relaxing, but also ensures that the personal change you achieved with hypnosis will be maintained on a continuous basis, including the days in between hypnosis sessions, and also ensures that the change remains permanent long after the hypnosis sessions with me have ended, and long after you have reached your target weight.
