Alpha Hypnotic Relaxation

This brainwave entrainment session is a relaxation aid especially designed for people who have trouble entering relaxed or trance-like states of mind. The rhythmic pulses you hear will change in tempo as the session progresses, guiding your mind to a state of gentle relaxation by inducing the production of alpha brainwaves. Toward the end of the session, you will be guided back to a normal state of consciousness. This session must be used with headphones to experience its true effect, and may be used with AudioStrobe-compatible light-and-sound devices to add optical stimulation.
